Clearbrook MA provides a well rounded service in substance abuse and mental health that sets the foundation for a better recovery. Many of the staff are in recovery themselves which provides a real life example to learn from. The treatment center provides a comfortable and enriching environment including lounge rooms, fountain pond with walking trail and a gym to keep clients enriched. I feel that my time at Clearbrook put me a great path to recovery when I discharged. I would like to personally thank the medical staff for being tremendously helpful with all questions and medical needs that I had. The facilitators who brought a passion, motivation and education to all of their groups. Special thanks to Kate, Sarah, Tricia, Rob and Rebecca for the knowledge they provided and the support they provided during the groups and after groups when I needed to get through a difficult group. Thanks to my therapist James for asking the tough questions when I didn’t want to talk about past traumas. I would like thank all the recovery support specialists who went above and beyond their job description, especially Alberto and Jackie. They would sit and listen on the rough days in between groups and give excellent advice. I want to give a special thanks to Tony and Ann for saving my life by having a vision and creating this first responder unit. They are genuinely the two most caring individuals I have ever met. A Truly Life-Changing Experience This isn’t my first experience with a rehabilitation program, and honestly, I went in assuming they were all pretty much the same. I was quickly proven wrong. From the beginning, I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism, compassion, and genuine support I received from my case manager, Destiny, and my therapist, Kelsey. They made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free, which allowed me to focus on the most important thing: myself and the work I needed to do for my recovery.
